Dinner at Lubbers' Landing

Fish for Dinner! And Pineapple Coconut Soup...
The guys went for dinner and here is the amberjack they caught...





So on the grill went the potatoes, asparagus with lemon juice and olive oil and the amberjack, with some shrimp skewers. Everyone pitched in to help and it was a lot of Fun! Actually, that was the motto for the evening, It's all about the Fun! The loaded grill...

It was all so delicious....coconut milk, pineapple, hot chili sesame oil, fresh asparagus, and cilantro with hot curry seasoning, blended up (uncooked for me and anyone else to try), and then the seafood was added individually to taste: shrimp marinated in wasabayaki sauce, the grilled amberjack and the lemon asparagus, with fresh cilantro on top, yummmm! And it was beautiful!

We talked and ate, swapping stories, and then watched the moon come up and played Jenga and planned another day.....
